Colten, who attended the Dame Kelly Holmes trust Get on Track programme, has now unlocked his talents and is thriving in his personal life, he's also investing in his community by being a community champion. "Before I went on Get on Track I was bullied at work and had lost my job. I was depressed and having suicidal thoughts. I'm much happier now, thanks to the course, I learnt confidence skills and it brought me out of my comfort zone a lot. Delighted to receive some wonderful feedback for our members at The Wirral Community Police Boxing Club from UK Youth.
