From now to suit individuals after initial meetings with me to plan project to suit their needs and requirements.

Again, this is flexible. Ideally and hour or two a week over 4-12 week period depending on match and success.

Brief description of role and duties:

Local business people to offer ‘life coaching’ and aspirational experiences to young people. It isn’t mentoring nor work experience, rather, local successful community members who can take a young person under their wing and show them that they can make a success of themselves and follow their dreams. This can be watching them work (if it is safe) meetings or informal chats.

Meetings with me to discuss project can be done during this time and supervised initial young person meet up too.
